This program has been designed to maximize your workouts for greater strength and cardio plus increased sports performance.
Our training is broken down into 4 parts: Legs, Push, Pull, and Circuit
Each day has a specific emphasis on motion or body part. Over the course of a week the entire body is targeted. Legs, Push, and Pull are hit once a week with the Circuit twice.
The key to our success is the variety and intensity of our system. You will rarely do the same motion twice in a 4 week period.
